JTube - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and streaming videos on JTube, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Platform Model & Content Control

JTube is structured as a curated repository. **Only authorized Administrators possess the credentials to publish, modify, or remove video media assets**. Standard accounts are strictly consumer-based Profiles designed to watch, like, comment, and subscribe to existing channels.

3. User Comments & Community Code

When using the comment feature under video timelines, users agree to maintain mutual respect. Spamming, explicit terminology, promotional advertisements, or malicious remarks targeting content sectors (Islam, Science, AI, etc.) are strictly prohibited. The Admin reserves full authority to erase content from the dashboard database.

4. Disclaimer of Modification

Since all profile interactions are saved inside your device's browser via LocalStorage, clearing cache databases resets subscriptions and text comments. JTube holds no responsibility for lost localized tracking data.
